(Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Mitsuru Izumo) is pleased to announce the collaboration between its flagship food brand “Euglena for the Body” and Lotte’s “drinkable ice cream” product, “Coolish,” resulting in the creation of “Coolish × Euglena for the Body – Fruit Green Au Lait.” Pre-sale for this collaboration will begin on Makuake, marking Lotte’s first venture on the platform, starting from Monday, November 6, 2023.

“Euglena for the Body” is a drink and supplement series that allows for easy daily consumption of the superfood Ishigaki Island Euglena. The collaborative product “Euglena for the Body Fruit Green Au Lait” has a naturally sweet fruit au lait flavor and is a popular drink in the series.

2023 marks the 20th anniversary of Coolish. With the theme “One sip can change your day,” this collaboration with Euglena for the Body aims to “break out of the ice cream category.” Please experience the unique value of this fusion between Coolish’s enjoyable “drinkable ice cream” and the superfood Ishigaki Island Euglena.

This product was developed to resemble the flavor of “Euglena for the Body Fruit Green Au Lait.” Not only is it easy to drink with its mixed fruit flavor, but we also took great care to ensure a refreshing taste by blending in Coolish’s signature tiny ice particles (micro ice). Additionally, the product contains 300 million Ishigaki Island Euglena cells and 1,900 mg of oligosaccharides. The sales period on Makuake will be from November 6, 2023 (Monday) to December 28, 2023 (Thursday), with a target goal of 3 million yen.

Project Schedule (Planned)

  • Cancellations due to delivery delays are not allowed. However, if delivery is delayed by more than six months, cancellation requests will be accepted.
  • If the product receives greater-than-expected demand, there is a possibility of expanding sales channels.
  • Adjustments during the expansion process may result in changes to the package design and specifications.
  • The price of the product after expanding sales channels may be lower than the Makuake price due to fluctuations in raw material costs.
